How to set it up, and how it behaves

Short pages, written for the person doing the work. If something here is unclear, that is a bug — tell us and we will fix the page.

Getting started

Install B2B Suite, create your first customer group, price it, and put a trade buyer through checkout.

Customer groups and price rules

How B2B Suite decides what a customer pays — rule scopes, quantity bands, precedence and the interaction with sale prices and coupons.

Trade registration and approval

Publish a trade registration form, review applications, and control what pending and rejected applicants can see.

Importing from another plugin

Move customer groups, buyers and price rules from B2BKing, Wholesale Suite or WholesaleX, with a dry run before anything is written.

Selling

Hiding prices

Hide prices and add-to-cart from guests or unapproved visitors, and understand which leaks the plugin closes.

Quantity rules and the bulk order form

Minimum, maximum and pack-size rules, where they are enforced, and how the bulk order form and quick order by SKU work.

Company accounts and net termsPro

Set up companies with sub-users, spend limits and approval chains, then sell to them on invoice with credit limits and statements.

Quotes (RFQ)Pro

Turn on quote requests, negotiate per-line prices, and convert an accepted quote into a WooCommerce order at the agreed prices.

AI Connect

Connect Claude or any MCP-compatible AI assistant to your B2B store. It answers questions about groups, prices and customers, and makes changes only when you allow it, each one previewed and logged.

AI Connect tools

Every tool an AI assistant can use through AI Connect, which permission switch each one needs, the guided tasks, example requests, and how to call the same tools from WP-CLI or the REST API.

Developers

REST API

Authenticate with WordPress application passwords and resolve any customer's price from outside WordPress. Read endpoints are free; outbound webhooks are Pro.

Developer hooks

The stable filter and action surface for extending B2B Suite — signatures, parameters, and working examples for every supported hook.
