The free plugin
B2B Suite for WooCommerce is distributed under the GPLv2 or later, like WordPress itself. Its licence, not this page, governs your use of it.
What a Pro licence gives you
A Pro licence entitles you to use B2B Suite Pro on the number of production sites your plan covers, and to receive updates and support for as long as the licence is active. Staging and local development copies of a licensed site do not count as additional sites.
Pro is also GPL-licensed code. The licence you buy is for updates, support and activation — not a restriction on the software freedoms the GPL grants you.
When a licence expires
The plugin keeps working. An expired licence stops delivering updates and support until it is renewed. We do not disable functionality on a store you have already built.
Support
We aim to give a first response within 24 hours on business days. Support covers the plugin: its features, its behaviour and its bugs. It does not cover writing custom code for your store, debugging unrelated plugins, or general WordPress administration — though we will tell you plainly when that is what you are hitting.
Refunds
See the refund policy. In short: 14 days, no questions asked.
What we do not promise
The plugin is provided without warranty. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every plugin and theme in existence, or that it will meet a requirement you have not told us about. Our liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted with the updated date at the top of the page, and will not apply retroactively to a purchase already made.
