The short version

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The plugin does not phone home. If you buy a licence or email support, we hold the details you gave us for as long as we need them to support you.

This website

We serve static pages. A theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage; nothing is sent to us. Our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

Buying a licence

Payments are handled by our payment provider, who collects the billing information required to take the payment and to meet tax obligations. We receive your name, email address and what you bought — never your full card details. We use that information to deliver your licence, to let you renew, and to email you about the product you own.

Licence activation

When B2B Suite Pro checks a licence, it sends the licence key and the site domain to our licence server so we can confirm the activation and serve updates. It does not send customer data, order data, or anything about your catalogue.

The plugins

The free plugin and Pro store their data in your own WordPress database. There is no telemetry and no usage tracking. Business data — customers, companies, quotes, ledger entries — stays on your server and is never transmitted to us. If you ask us for help and choose to send us a database export or screenshots, we use that only to answer your question and delete it afterwards.

Support email

Support correspondence is kept so we can follow the history of an issue. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep the related purchase records.
